IntelliCheck360.com – PSP Crash Inspection History and PSP Driving Records – The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration program helps US Motor Carriers make more informed hiring decisions by providing electronic access to a driver’s crash and inspection history from the FMCSA Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS). A record purchased through PSP contains the most recent 5 years of crash data and the most recent 3 years of roadside inspection data from the FMCSA MCMIS system for an individual driver. The record displays a snapshot in time, based on the most recent MCMIS data load to the PSP system.

PSP Record Reports Provide:

Five (5) years of crash and violation data found by the FMCSA MCMIS system (USA Records Only):

  • DOT Number
  • Number & Date of Crashes
  • Number of Injuries
  • Number of Fatalities
  • Carrier Name

Inspection Activity 3 year history from MCMIS (USA Records Only):

  • Driver Inspections
  • Driver Out-of-Service Inspections and Service Rate
  • Hazmat Inspections
  • Hazmat Out-of-Service Inspections and Service Rate
  • Vehicle Out-of-Service Inspections and Service Rate
  • Inspection Details
  • Violation Summary

Employers may NOT request PSP reports for current employees. Reports may only be used for Pre-Employment Screening. It is recommended to run this report along with the State MVR Report for a comprehensive screening. Search Fee: $19.95
